UnAnonymous
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
UnAnonymous is designed to be private by default. We do not have user accounts. We do not collect personal information. We do not track you.
What stays on your device
- Emotional check-in results
- Reflection journal entries
- Mosaic items (quotes, photos, songs, messages, reminders)
- Tomorrow-you letters
- Drafts on hold
- Protect list
- Nudge preferences and your phrase library
All of the above are stored on your device only. Mosaic items and tomorrow-you letters are additionally encrypted at rest. We have no servers that hold them. We cannot read them.
What ever leaves your device
The only data that leaves your device is the text of a journal entry that you explicitly choose to “Reflect with Claire”. When you tap that action, the text of that single entry is sent over HTTPS to Anthropic’s Claude API (Claude Sonnet 4.5) to generate a private reflection. No identifier is attached. We do not log this content on our side. The response is shown only to you.
If you uninstall the app or use your operating system’s “clear app data” option, everything is gone. We have no copy.
We do not use
- Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or any analytics SDK
- Facebook / Meta SDK or any ad SDK
- Crashlytics or any crash reporter
- Remote push notification services
We use
- Anthropic Claude API (only when you invoke Claire reflection)
Children’s privacy
UnAnonymous is intended for users 12+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
